Cancellation within 24 hours window will be charged 50$
No shows without notification will be charged the “full session” fee
We may or may not be able able to accept your insurance depending on your plan - you will be contacted by administration if this is the case

Dominique Shabazz is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Doctorate of Social Work from Simmons University and her Masters in Social Work from the University of Connecticut. With over a decade in practice, Dominique’s experience includes working in hospitals, schools, government agencies and higher education institutions.
She currently is the Director of Practicum Education and an Assistant Professor at Springfield College.
In the past, Dominique has held roles as a mental health consultant for Yale University and as a clinical supervisor. Dominique also owns a therapy and consulting agency in Connecticut in which she offers psychotherapy support, trainings and education for agencies and organizations.
Additionally, Dominique has lended her expertise as a consultant for the likes of NY Public Radio children’s programming, community organizations offering youth mentoring in Connecticut and as a board member for a non-profit social service organization in Maryland providing low/no cost mental health services for all.
