To our valued patients: A friendly reminder that all appointments are booked in Central Standard Time (CST) and that late cancellation and/or no show fees will still apply in case of a missed appointment due to the time zone difference.

Please note that therapy service is only available to those residing in the United States and you can only receive therapy by someone who is available in your State.

Cancellation within 24 hours window will be charged 50$

No shows without notification will be charged the “full session” fee

We may or may not be able able to accept your insurance depending on your plan - you will be contacted by administration if this is the case
